Refund and Returns Policy

At Tamo Flowers Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the details of our refund and return policies for flower and gift deliveries within Morocco.
1. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the flowers or gifts arrive damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders: If the items delivered do not match your order (e.g., wrong flowers or gifts), you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
- Non-Delivery: If the delivery could not be completed due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Returns
Since flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered and accepted. However, we will gladly provide a replacement if the flowers are delivered in poor condition. Please provide a photo of the damaged flowers within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement.
Non-perishable items such as gifts (e.g., chocolates, stuffed animals, etc.) may be eligible for a return if they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your gift. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Order Cancellations
- Same-Day Delivery Orders: Cancellations for same-day deliveries must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Unfortunately, cancellations after this window cannot be refunded as the order will have been processed.
- Future Orders: Orders scheduled for a future date can be canceled up to 24 hours before the delivery time for a full refund. Please notify us by email or phone for cancellation.
4. Exceptions
Please note that refunds and replacements will not be provided for the following:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Recipients not available to accept the delivery.
- Products that have been altered or tampered with after delivery.
